Why on earth am I listening to country music so much lately? My musical tastes are pretty eclectic. I'll listen to most anything, with a few exceptions. The radio on my desk at work is pretty much always on a classical station at low volume. Now it's on a country station. I just kinda up and changed it for no reason this morning. Go figure.

I'm sure the change is fraught with psychological significance.

With the stressy unpleasant stuff that's been going on lately, it's was a relief to have a fairly good day today. I finally figured out how to get Robohelp to do something I spent most of the day yesterday struggling with. Also got told today that I don't need to worry about the layoffs at work. Hopefully that was a long term statement.

Did some grocery shopping after work and came home to find two more good things in the mailbox. The Bubba Ho-Tep dvd arrived. I pre-ordered it right after I saw it up in Philly back in February. The other thing in the mailbox was amazing - my license plates arrived! I've lived in a bunch of different states and must say that my experiences with the Virginia DMV have been faster and better than any other I've dealt with. I went and registered the car last Tuesday and applied for vanity specialty plates, and they arrive a week later.

Now if only the maintenance folks would get my dsl loop all fixed...
