I snuck off briefly this morning to go pick up World of Warcraft. I wasn't too worried about Halo2-like mobs at the stores, since I don't think WoW is quite as eagerly anticipated, I'd read a couple blogs and journal entries about some stores being understocked (WalMart in particular). So, at 9:50, I left the office and headed up to the Best Buy in Sterling. I got a $5 coupon from them in the mail yesterday, which, upon arriving there, I realized I'd left sitting on the table at home. Doh! Owell. Got there right at 10, when they opened and found the display. Good news is that the big ol display had tons of copies on it. I'm still kind of glad I went when I did, though, since there were already 10 or 12 people in line for the registers, holding WoW boxes. I zipped on back to the office. It only took about 35 minutes for the trip.

So tonight I'll install it and see about starting all over with my Tauren character. Whee.
