Sunday

A gorgeous day. The horses were in good moods and even a couple of the usual slowpokes were bouncy and ready to go. The folks who rode in the trail rides were cheery and friendly and listened to the guides. Autumn is my favorite time of year and Sunday was the epitome of a perfect Autumn day. I wish I could've spent some time in the saddle, followed by lazing about under the bright red sugar maple by the barn.

Yup. Days like this past Sunday are the reason I love working at the stables.
