Alternate routes

Looks like I may have to take a slightly more roundabout route home from work today.  There's what must be  a rather serious accident on Rt 28 which has it closed in both directions, just north of the office here.  I'm guessing it's right at the intersection with Frying Pan.  Listening to the airport traffic on the aviation radio, there are 3 separate helicopters coming in to take people out.

Folks on northbound 28 are standing around in the road, walking on the jersey wall between the north and south lanes, and generally milling about.  I suspect they're gonna be there for a little while.  I feel kind of sorry for a pair of horses in a trailer that're stuck out there.

It's a good thing I didn't have any plans to leave early today.
