I've mentioned our ancient pony, Mickey, before. He's a tough lil guy who has helped literally thousands of people learn to ride. Considering how long he's been a school horse, I'd say that number could easily be tens of thousands.
I've been meaning to write something about Mickey for a long time, but never get around to it. I did finally get some up to date pictures of him yesterday and thought maybe this week I'd write something.
However, it was hot and humid yesterday and I really kind of overdid it at the barn. I'm pretty sure I was pushing pretty close to heat stroke toward the end. As a result, I felt pretty poorly yesterday evening (strangely, it got worse as I drove home and got into some air conditioning). When I got home, I barely made it through a quick shower before flomping on the bed and pretty much shutting down for a few hours.
Anyway, I'm not in great shape for any big literary achievements. I will, however, answer the question:
What does a 46 year old pony look like?
Answer: He looks like this
