Gads the company I work for is terrible at communicating stuff internally. Case in point is some renovation stuff being done by the building owners. A couple months back, one of the vp's came around with some guy, looking at all the offices, seeing the condition of the paint and carpet. Last Thursday, one of the aa's came around saying our offices were being recarpeted and repainted on Tuesday, but she didn't know which offices were having one, the other, or both done. As of this morning, there's still nobody that knows, and nobody knows exactly when they're starting. It's pretty ambitious to think they're gonna do an entire floor of offices in one night and get furniture moved out and back in. Sheesh. Heck, they didn't even provide boxes, so there was a whole floor's worth of people going around trying to scrounge boxes to pack up their shelves and desks. I've gotta wonder how it'll all turn out. Guess I'll find out Wednesday morning.
