Commuter revenge

Anyone who has ever had to commute on the DC beltway knows what frustration is.  Some of 'em now have a chance to give a little payback:

On an unrelated note, there's a US Airways plane that's been parked on the taxiway across the highway from my office for at least 20 minutes now.  I happened to notice it earlier as it pulled up there.  It looked like it'd actually taxi'd to the runway then came back off.  I feel sorry for any passengers stuck on board.    From this angle, I'm not sure what type aircraft it is.  Looks a little small for a 737 but is far too big to be a 50 seater.  I'm guessing it's one of the models made by Embraer. 

Well now there are a few other planes behind it.  It's raining, but not hard or anything.  Perhaps there's something with the weather delaying takeoffs.
