Unfortunate name

So, I was skimming over Washington Post articles this morning when I noticed something. Now AIDS is a serious subject, to be sure, but it was hard keep myself from a little adolescent snickering when I got to the last paragraph on page 1 of this article and saw the name of the guy from the World Health Organization:
