A long time back, the airport tore down the half dozen or so fuel storage tanks across the street from my office.  Since then they've been building 3 new big ones.  It looks like they're nearly complete now.  Sometime in the past day or two a crew painted a legend on one of them that I can see from my office: 

TANK NO. 24
JET A
VOLUME 8,100,000 GAL.

Assuming that some portion of them is left empty to allow for expansion or whatever, it looks like I'll soon be working a few hundred yards from about 24 million gallons of fuel.   Whee!
