Fire one...fire two....

This seems to be the Week of the Firetrucks. They've been outside every day this week, except Monday. Tuesday there were some across the street. Wednesday was the Fire That Never Was. Yesterday one came into the lot in front of the building and sat there for a while. Today I glanced out and saw an ambulance driving through the parking lot across the street, then a firetruck going up the road, then another. One truck kept on going and turned the corner. The ambulance stopped behind a parked tractor-trailer rig and the engine parked in front of it. After a few moments the engine left. Next one of those rescue squad vehicles that looks like a firetruck pulled into the hotel parking lot next door. Eventually it and the ambulance left. At this rate, they may as well just build a firehouse on the corner.
