Looks like there's been some sort of incident across the street at Dulles.  There's a Delta commuter plane, one of the ones that's like a 70 seater, parked on the 19 Left runway.  They've put chocks on the wheels and it's got a few fire engines and a few ambulances around it.  They've also pulled up a tug and one of the mobile lounges.  The firemen and what looks to be the pilot and copilot are kinda hanging around at the bottom of the boarding stairs, and there's no sense of urgency from any of 'em.  The firemen set up a folding ladder under the plane's tail, behind its engines.  Hrm.
