Things that make you go boom

In my official Fire Monitor handbook, amongst the rather outdated floorplans of the building and employee cell phone numbers is a worksheet to fill out if you answer the phone and it's a bomb threat. Ooookay. It has a list of questions to ask that only the stupidest person would ever answer, like 'what's your name/address' and stuff. You're also supposed to check off boxes next to things that describe the caller's voice, such as nervous, giggling, angry, shrill, squeaky...
Squeaky?
What? like Xydexx is gonna call in a bomb threat? I don't think I've ever heard anyone who talked squeakily.
