Raise the roof

In previous posts, I've mentioned the issues with the roof of the building in which my office is located. My company finally persuaded the building management and owners to perform roof repairs sooner instead of later. The original plan was to repair and/or replace the roof in January. That kinda doesn't make tons of sense to me, since that's about when the weather around her starts to turn rainy 'n snowy.

So they started on it last week, which is good. But they're doing the work while we're in the office, which is bad. Of course, it'd be a bit much to expect them to do it at night or on weekends, but still, it's not exactly a quiet process.
