Why does he wear his bling on his nose?

Not even a longear can save this movie, I don't think.  It's a direct-to-video (no surprise there!) called "Tommy and the Cool Mule."  Apparently, it's a longeared Ice T versus evil Kevin Sorbo:

Oookay.  Nothing at all like Mr. Ed or any of the old Francis movies, or that awful Hot to Trot movie.  Nawwww!

I think some crows have taken up residence in one of the trees or somewhere else near the office.  It's not at all uncommon to see assorted sparrows, robins and other birds out there, but lately I've noticed at least one rather large crow outside as well. 

I first started noticing it/them last week, when a mockingbird was chasing it away from a tree in the corner of the parking lot.  I assume the mockingbird has a nest there and was understandably not thrilled when a crow came near.  I didn't think much of it at first, but I saw the same thing happening later.  The next time, the crow seemed to very much want to land in one of the trees further toward the north side of the building but the mockingbird was having none of that.  The crow wasn't trying to get back to the corner where the mockingbird kept retreating and seemed to want to stay in that other tree, despite the mockingbird's frequent trips over to swoop at it.

Since then, I've seen a big crow fly past outside at least a couple times a day.  Often it'll perch on one of the streetlights in the parking lot for a little while.  I dunno that the trees down below are really big enough for a crow's nest, but I suppose they might have one on the roof.  I'm not really knowledgeable on their nesting habits.

I've always kind of liked crows, even though my mother and grandmother always spoke poorly of them.  The one ( I keep assuming I'm seeing the same one or two) that I noticed outside this afternoon seems to have taken some lessons from the hawks and turkey vultures that hang around the area and was all but hovering in some updraft near the building.
