I just got called by the hvac repair people. They'll be at my father's condo sometime between 3 and 5 today. Once again, I'll have to be there to let them in and pay them. This time it's going to be at least $300 just for the part they had to order. Ouch. This is seriously throwing off my budget and bill-paying.

In other news, it would seem that the reason nobody's been able to find Bigfoot in the Pacific NW, is because he retired to Florida.
