It was 10 degrees outside when I got into the office this morning, with a wind chill of -6. Actual winter weather, sans snow. It's been a long time since I've had to deal with the inconvenience of a car door that's frozen shut. Still, that's just a minor thing.

Definitely not a minor thing: I got a call from my older sister a little while ago. That's never a good sign, since she just never calls me at work. Our grandfather died last night. Dangit. He'd been improving, too.
