derechodragon's suggestion, I tried making a new user icon based upon the picture I took of Giacomo winning the Derby on Saturday. It should show as the icon on this post.
The original picture in all it's blurry glory is here
It gives you an idea how close to the track our box was. With everyone standing up, I resorted to just holding the camera up over my head, releasing the shutter and hoping for the best. Due to very limited suitcase/carryon space, I ended up only bringing the small digital. I wish I'd been able to bring the larger 10x digital. owell. I kind of like how the pic turned out. If not for the people in the foreground, it might almost look artsy.
That directory also has pictures of the two engines that pulled the Derby train here and here.
Those were taken from inside the bus after we got off the train. You can see the reflections in the bus window.
