How much is too little?

While driving through the parking garage under the office this morning, I spotted some things on the ground. Instinctively, I steered so that they went between the wheels. As I drove over them, I noticed one looked like a dollar bill.
After parking, I walked over that way and discovered the things were, indeed, money. Two 1's and a 5 dollar bill. Two of them were 'bent' as if they'd come out of someone's wallet and were standing on the short edges, so that they were like a couple of triangles on the floor. The flat one is the one I'd noticed when driving over.
Now I'm sitting here at my desk debating whether $7 is enough to warrant going down to the security desk and turning it in to the lost & found. My lazy side says no, but part of me wonders if somebody is going to have to do without lunch today because they lost their lunch money.
